Services
As a qualified antenatal, birth and postnatal Doula, I am here to support you through every step of your pregnancy, birth and early parenthood journey. Below you will find details of the packages I offer, however, my aim is to be as bespoke as possible to reflect the unique hopes and needs of the families and people with whom I work, so please use the following as a guide, but it’s always best to give me a call or drop me an email to discuss your needs and how we can work together!
All packages include 1 initial free meeting either virtually or in person lasting up to 1hr to establish if I am the ‘right fit’ for your family.
Birth Preparation
You find out you’re pregnant. Great! But what next? The overwhelming joy of finding out you’re going to have a baby can be quickly followed up an overwhelming amount of information, ‘must-have’ (often expensive and unnecessary) products, gadgets and apps. Let’s find the calm in the information storm with these focused, guided sessions that leave you feeling prepared, self-assured and informed.
*Sessions can take place at any stage in your pregnancy, so please use the below as a guide
**In addition to the below I am happy to attend antenatal appointments charged at an hourly rate plus travel expenses

Session 3, approx. 1hr (within 1-3 weeks postnatal)
I will provide a birth completion session usually within the first week after the birth
We will debrief your birth, providing a space for you to discuss your experience and ask any questions
First, I wish to share my gratitude with you for allowing me to be present at the birth of your baby and, in turn, your own becoming a parent. How you and your partner (should you have one) wish to approach this process will very much be lead by you, but the following presents an outline of what is most commonly included in this service.
Session 1 & 2 as outlined in ‘Birth Preparation’
On-Call Period
I will remain on-call for you from 10 days prior to your due date and up to 42 weeks/2 weeks post due date
Birth
I will provide support to you during the birth of the baby, often beginning at home and continuing in your chosen location (if not at home). There are no time limits on this.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise and it is impossible for me to attend your birth, I will provide a qualified and experienced back-up Doula. I do not overlap ‘birth clients’, so this would only be in extraordinary circumstances such as ill-health or a family emergency.
Postnatal Session approx. 1hr
I will provide a birth completion session usually within the first week after the birth
We will debrief your birth and provide a space for you to discuss your experience of birth and ask any questions
Email/Whatsapp Support
From when we have agreed on your plan, I will provide email/whatsapp support throughout our time together.
Birth Doula
As your postnatal Doula, I aim to instil in parents a sense of calm confidence and the feeling that they are in control and able to manage the, often overwhelming transition into parenthood or life with a newborn, even if they’re not your first. As with all my services, but particularly with postnatal support, the work I do is very much lead by the family’s needs and lifestyle, however, here are examples of what is provided:
Option 1: Total number of hours. I will charge for a set amount of hours which are then disseminated across a (usually) 6-8 week period
Option 2: Set number of hours per week. Each week I will work specific hours on specific days over (usually) 6-8 weeks
Examples of Postnatal Services:
Birth Debrief
Breast/Chest/Bottle feeding support
Caring for the baby whilst parents sleep/rest/bathe etc.
Resources & Information for Safe Sleep
Basic meal preparation*
Support with older siblings
Light house work/tidying
*I am a passionate veggie/vegan cook and can provide (at an additional cost) a Postnatal Nourishment food package in which I will bring an agreed upon number of frozen home-cooked vegan/veggie meals designed to provide optimal nutrition for you and your family throughout the fourth trimester!
